Our story
Opened in April 2023, right on Gladstone.
MargoFresh opened its doors in April 2023 in the vibrant Gladstone neighbourhood of Ottawa's Centretown. The idea was simple: a corner shop where the food is as honest as the welcome — a place to explore the world without leaving the neighbourhood.
We're proudly a woman-owned business — built from the ground up with hard work, good food, and a lot of heart. Every day behind the counter, every recipe, and every welcome is shaped by the woman at the helm.
We're a specialty grocery store with a coffee-shop kind of vibe. Browse a range of fresh fruits and vegetables, shelves of international groceries, locally roasted aromatic coffee, and a cheese bar featuring artisanal cheeses.
Everything on our counters is prepared daily in our own kitchen — savoury pies, salads and dips, authentic Lebanese and Mediterranean dishes, made from scratch with quality ingredients and offered at affordable prices.
